Shipping

Our items are shipped from international locations, and shipping times range from between 7-14 days, and may occasionally vary outside of that. Please be patient, as we do our best to get you your items as fast as possible!

If tracking is available, you will see the tracking number on your order page. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any packages that may be stolen or lost after a verified successful delivery.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we will offer a full refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery. To qualify, please send the product to us within 15 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges must be new, unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached; unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for items that have been worn, do not have original tags and protective stickers, and/or are not returned in original packaging, as determined by our team. Please note the determination of our fulfillment team is final.

As soon as we receive your item(s), we will process an exchange or a full refund. Customers will be charged a $10 restocking fee per item which helps cover, in part, our cost of repackaging and restocking unworn items. Proof of purchase is required for any return or exchange. Please note we are unable to refund shipping fees. Customers are responsible for all shipping and postage costs associated with returning the product to us, as well as any potential duties costs applied to replacement packages we ship back out to international customers. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Unfortunately, the following items may not be returned. If an item is not returnable, we will indicate that in the product description.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@sourcebeacon.com.

To return your product, email us at contact@sourcebeacon.com and we will provide you with instructions.
